- Ciao tutti! Ho visuto in Italia molti anni fa, e mi piacerebbe praticare l'taliano e conosciere altre persone.
- Why did you join the Vancouver Italian Meetup?

I grew up in Europe, and lived in Italy for a few months. Although I still keep some of the Italian I learned, I would like to keep practicing because it would be a shame to forget such a great language.
- What's your level in Italian?

I would say mid to advanced level conversational. I can also read and write, although not as well as I used to right after I returned from Italy a few years ago.
- Where are you from and what is your mother tongue?

My ethnicity is Persian (mother tongue = Farsi), but I was born in France and mainly raised in Spain. Spanish and English are my strongest languages. My fluency in Spanish is what made it easy for me to learn Italian quickly at the time.
