In addition to the "classic" Toni's restaurant meetups we are considering more meetups to increase the frequency - say to one every fortnight. So, we look forward to your responses on whether a pub would be a good idea or another restaurant on the same lines as Toni's can be opted for. Note that this is for the other meetup(s) we will have in addition to the one at Toni's. Other ideas are welcome too, feel free to share them with us.

The restaurant we've been meeting at recently - which a lot of people (myself included) enjoy because the atmosphere is very welcoming, and genuinely Italian - is only able to stay open until 10-10.30pm at the latest, as Monday is a quiet night for them. The restaurant have suggested that we start earlier, i.e. 7pm, in order to have more time, and they've offered to arrange some kind of deal on nibbles for us (in addition to the lovely foccaccia) so we don't have to go home to eat first. However as they are traditionally night owls, I'm not sure the Italians among us will show up that early (most normally come around 9pm). Anyway, I just wanted to know your thoughts on the matter, so here goes. Please pick an answer, and if you have any additional comments then please do send me an email.

After discussion at recent meetups, some members have expressed a preference for meeting on Tuesday nights instead of Mondays. Before making a change like that I want to get some more feedback from the group. What do you think?
