Our very own Paolo Colletti will tell us about his relative’s olive
farm in the village of Caltabellotta, Sicily.

His family produces olive oil of exceptionally high-quality.
They are able to do this due to a happy confluence
of unique location, climate and other factors.
This olive oil is esteemed throughout Italy,
