Introduction
Hey guys! So I'm absolutely smitten by everything that has to do with Italy. Plus i've always wanted to learn a foreign language. This seems a good place to start, so Io spero che Io parlando in Italiano very soon.
Where are you from, and how would you best describe your level of Italian? (i.e. beginner, intermediate, fairly advanced, native etc)
I have very basic skills in Italian (reading/writing/speaking). All I know is the stuff I learnt while conversing with my Italian friends.
What, for you, would make a great meetup?
Having people get together for something as entertaining and exciting as learning/practising a new language is great by itself. Enthusiasts with a flavour for life,from different backgrounds, different cultures n lifestyles and a broad minded outlook is all one needs after all.
How did you hear about the group?
Word of mouth really, got to know of it from a friend who learns german thanks to Meetup.com
